1、先将双腿水平打开40cm,身体直立,位于单杠的垂直方向。
2、将双手放在单杠上,身体缓慢的向上,如果上不去,可以使用爆发力,身体向上跃,然后坚持一段时间,多尝试几遍。
3、手臂的爆发力有了之后,再尝试直接向上拉,如果还不能成功的话,可以使用举哑铃的方式,增加手臂的肌肉,再做单杠就比较简单了。要小心的作单杠避免手臂拉伤的情况出现。
